How much hair grafts do you need on the scalp?

1. On areas without any hair, you will need 350 hair grafts per square inch. Therefore, measure the bald area in square inches and multiply by 350, and that gives you the number of grafts you need.
2. If you already have some hair, and are only thickening the area, you will need between 250-300 hair grafts per square inch.
