Dr. Sameea:

So microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo that is placed by an eyebrow artist. Semi-permanent, so it will fade with time and sometimes it gets discolored and patients don't like how it looks when it's fading out.
A brow transplant, we take hair from a patient's scalp and we transplant it into the eyebrow area, so it's permanent, it's actual hair that is being moved from back of the head to the eyebrow area. We can shape it and it will grow. It'll grow a little faster than the native eyebrows, and we just recommend trimming it frequently.
